THE CORNISH GARDEN

INGREDIENTS:

  • 50ml St Ives Gin

  • 25ml Elderflower cordial

  • 25ml Lemon syrup

  • Bitters

  • Soda

  • Lemon, rosemary and mint.

METHOD:

In a cocktail shaker, muddle some fresh mint. Add ice, St Ives Gin, elderflower cordial and lemon syrup. Shake vigorously and strain into a glass of ice. Top with soda, sprinkle with bitters and garnish with lemon, mint and a sprig of rosemary.
