INGREDIENTS:

METHOD:

In a cocktail shaker, muddle fresh mint. Add ice, 50ml St Ives Gin and 25ml SILCo. Limoncello. Shake and strain into a glass of ice. Top with elderflower tonic, add a dash of bitters and garnish with a slice of lemon, sprig of mint and a stick of rosemary.
